When can I Check-in? The regular Check-in time is 15:00.
If you are arriving earlier, you are welcome to leave your luggage with us.
If you will be arriving after 18:00, please let us know and we will hold the room for you.
When is Check-out? Check-out is at 12:00.
You are welcome to leave your luggage with us.
Is the reception always open? Yes, reception is staffed 24 hours a day.
Can I still have breakfast even if I did not prebook? Yes, the price for our breakfast buffet is € 14,00 per person and it is served daily from 7am to 12pm.
How can I pay? With cash or one of these cards: Girocard, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, Amex or JCB.
All taxes are included in the price.
How can I access the internet? You can access the internet (free of charge) using either the WiFi network (available in all areas of the hotel)
or the terminal in the reception area.
Where can I park my car? We have a few parking spaces near the hotel for € 15,00 per day.
A reservation is required.
Do the rooms have minibars? No, but drinks are always available in the reception area.
Do you have barrier-free rooms? No, we´re sorry.
Do you have a cot for my baby? Yes. Please ask us.
Do I need to bring anything with me? Not really. Sheets and towels are provided. There is soap and shampoo in the bathrooms.
